During my stay, I encountered multiple issues that left me frustrated. the air conditioning in my room was inadequate, and I spent several nights sweating and uncomfortable. Furthermore, the lighting in the hallway leading to my room was completely dark upon my return from dinner, which was both alarming and inconvenient. To top it off, my room appeared to lack basic cleanliness standards, leading to quite a few concerns about hygiene.
